Bristol City FC x Willem II Tilburg “Friendship for Life” T-Shirt

For many years, it has been a great wish (a life’s work, in some cases!) of both Bristol City and Willem II supporters - to solidify the friendship that the fans have built on a personal level, at a club level. By arranging a Friendly Fixture between the two clubs.

On Saturday August 3rd, 2024, that day will finally arrive!

Bristol City and Willem II will compete in an official match, for the first time in their history. At our beloved Ashton Gate – Hopefully marking the start of a long and beautiful new tradition, in both Cities.

Alongside our good friends at KingSide Clothing ( kingsideclothing.nl ) & Tilburg Tifosi, we’ve joined forces to design a T-Shirt to mark this special occasion.

The call from Tilburg is for all travelling Willem II supporters to order a shirt. And that message is echoed in Bristol, so that fans from all 4 stands can be united before, during and after the match!

Many City fans will already be familiar with the incredible work of Tilburg Tifosi, though (as with our own efforts) what many won’t see is the endless hours of planning needed to bring them to fruition, not to mention the significant financial input which they require. In short, they (as we) are only able achieve these displays, with the constant support of their fellow supporters - both financially and practically.

All proceeds from these limited-edition T-shirts will be shared. In order to contribute to future, supporter led, atmospheric campaigns at both clubs.
